The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, user manuals, business requirement documents (BRDs), and process workflows related to banking systems. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and comprehensive documentation that supports both technical and non-technical audiences.
