Write ATS-optimized resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to client goals.
Translate client interviews or intake forms into powerful personal branding materials.
Collaborate with the Job Search team to align application documents with target roles.
Offer light career guidance through tone, formatting, and content recommendations.
Requirements
1+ years experience in resume writing, career services, or editorial roles.
Ability to quickly understand varied career paths and tailor messaging accordingly.
Strong writing, grammar, and formatting skills.
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and fast-paced deadlines.
Requirements
Excellent research and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple clients / projects at once. Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems. Have experience in recruiting, job search assistance, or virtual assistant work Are a fast writer and researcher with strong written communication Are confident navigating profiles, customizing outreach messages, and following SOPs Can adopt someone else’s tone and voice (you’ll be writing as the client) Are empathetic and detail-oriented—you take pride in helping others feel seen Are highly organized and can manage multiple client profiles at once Can work in Slack, Google Workspace, and Airtable (or are willing to learn)
