Executive Assistant for Beauty Skin / 20-25k / San Juan

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related Field

With 1-2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, excellent communication skills and attention to details, and the ability to multi-task and meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support and serves as a strategic extension of the executive’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The EA ensures seamless coordination of the executives' schedule, communications, and visibility—both internally and externally—while embodying professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

WORK LOCATION :

Greenhills, San Juan City

WORK SCHEDULE : "5 days a week

Onsite

Office Hours : 8 : 00AM-6 : 00 / 7 : 00AM-5 : 00PM

2 Days Off (Weekends)"

SALARY : 50,000 - 60,000
