Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
Timezone : Mountain Time (USA)
Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive Assistant to support leadership and oversee operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. This is a remote, work-from-home position offering a long-term opportunity to work closely with the business owner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in project and team management, and has advanced Photoshop skills with a strong background in e-commerce.
Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support and manage day-to-day operations.
Oversee and coordinate activities across Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay platforms.
Manage projects, workflows, and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Edit graphics and design files using Photoshop (Adobe Firefly experience a plus).
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and handle business correspondence.
Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product listings.
Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and updates directly for the business owner.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (required).
Experience in team management and project coordination.
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop with the ability to execute detailed, custom edits using proper tools (not manual edits).
Strong background in e-commerce operations, particularly on Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and eBay.
Wayfair experience in product listing and related operations (non-negotiable).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.
Commitment to a long-term role supporting the business owner.
Required Skills
Wayfair experience (especially product listing) – non-negotiable .
Advanced Photoshop expertise – ability to complete custom, detailed work quickly and professionally.
Amazon product listing experience – strong knowledge of listing optimization.
Shopify, Walmart, and Etsy experience – considered strong additional skills .
