Requirements
Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles Strong technical proficiency with ability to master new systems quickly Experience with salon management software, preferably Fresha booking and POS systems are highly preferred Spreadsheet skills for data analysis, KPI tracking, and business metrics Proficiency with Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Experience with Canva Familiarity with project management tools (Trello experience preferred) Dedicated availability during established work hours with commitment to responsiveness Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize tasks as business needs evolve Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-channel business environment
