This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Total hours : 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • Flexible during the client's business hours - 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Brisbane time (or flexible between 6 : 00am to 3pm Manila time)

Client location or time zone : Brisbane, QLD, Australia - AEST

Company / client overview :

The client's business is based in Brisbane, Australia. They have developed an app that is available on the Apple and Google app stores. Now that the app product is ready. Their main business currently is the app, and the client is looking to hire a part-time marketing assistant to support the launch marketing efforts. This includes managing email campaigns, creating social media content, writing website / blog content, conducting research and analysis, and coordinating with her app developer for updates.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for a business in the new home builds industry. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, strategic, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage emails, schedule appointments, and perform regular follow-ups.
  • Review and respond to correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Organize and manage documents using Google Drive — including uploading files, maintaining folders, and following existing systems and procedures.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and documents using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Provide strategic and administrative support to enhance business efficiency.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
