Strategic Client Partner
The Accounts Director is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and overall financial success of a portfolio of our most valued client accounts . You will serve as the primary strategic counsel to senior-level clients, leading a dedicated team to deliver best-in-class, integrated digital solutions that consistently exceed business goals. This role requires a perfect blend of commercial acumen, strategic foresight, and inspirational leadership .
Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Client Leadership & Partnership
Executive Counsel : Act as the trusted, senior-most partner to C-level and SVP / VP marketing executives, interpreting complex business challenges and translating them into actionable, high-impact digital strategies.
Visionary Strategy : Lead the development of integrated, long-term digital strategies spanning Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing, UX / UI, and Data Analytics .
Quality Assurance : Oversee the strategic quality and integrity of all client deliverables, ensuring every output reflects the agency’s elite standard of creative, technical, and strategic excellence.
II. Commercial Growth & Financial Stewardship
Account Growth : Drive the financial health and expansion of your portfolio, identifying and converting new business opportunities within existing accounts through proactive cross-selling and upselling of agency capabilities.
Financial Accountability : Take ownership of account profitability, diligently managing and negotiating fees, contracts, budgets, resource allocation, and revenue forecasting.
New Business Development : Lead strategic contributions to pitch processes, crafting compelling narratives and presentations that secure new mandates and expand the agency's footprint.
III. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
Mentorship & Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the catalyst for internal teams, ensuring seamless, efficient collaboration between Strategy, Creative, Media, and Technology teams to achieve flawless campaign execution.
Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify and resolve high-level client or project challenges, acting as the final point of escalation with calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
Required :
9+ years of progressive experience in an Account Management / Client Services leadership role within a reputable digital or integrated agency environment.
Proven track record of managing a portfolio of complex, high-revenue client accounts (e.g., 50M+ in annual fees).
Deep and demonstrable expertise across the full spectrum of digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, Analytics).
Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
Strong commercial and financial literacy, with hands‑on experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and revenue forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation
Competitive Base Salary : 130,000 to 210,000.00
