RSS is seeking for an experienced Estimator (Steel Fabrication) to join our established team. In this role, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

This role is based in Clark Pampanga.

Position Summary :

The Estimator is responsible for managing the full estimating lifecycle across all stages of steel fabrication and construction projects. The role plays a critical part in engaging with clients, developing project scopes, preparing competitive tenders, and supporting handover to the delivery team.

This position requires technical and commercial knowledge to prepare accurate cost estimates, identify value opportunities, and support strong project delivery foundations. The Estimator is also responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring alignment with Pacific Construction Groups commercial and quality objectives.
