Quantity Surveyor (QS) Civil Works

Prepare and analyze cost estimates, BOQ, and budgets for civil and structural works.

Review civil / structural drawings, plans, and specifications to quantify work accurately.

• Conduct site measurements, progress monitoring, and cost reporting for civil activities (e.g., earthworks, concreting, formworks, steel reinforcements, infrastructure works).
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids related to civil and structural trades.
• Prepare variation orders, progress billings, and payment certificates for civil works.
• Ensure civil works are executed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate closely with structural engineers and project managers for accurate cost control and forecasting.
