Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, architectural, or civil disciplines. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of professional experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting preferably with exposure to U.S. college and university projects, particularly in California. This role will play a key part in developing accurate cost assessments, supporting sustainable project designs, and ensuring financial efficiency in all phases of construction planning.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid documents for mechanical, electrical, architectural, or civil works.
• Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) and material cost analysis using industry-standard software and methodologies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to align project costs with technical and sustainability goals.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support U.S.-based project teams, especially in the higher education sector (colleges / universities in California).
• Conduct value engineering and life-cycle cost analysis to enhance project sustainability and efficiency.
• Ensure all cost data and estimates comply with international and local standards.
