- Total hours : 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible within the client's business hours following the Eastern Time Zone

Role Overview :
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks and help manage our customer relationship workflow. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and experienced in using CRM tools and handling professional email communications.
Responsibilities :
Manage and organize email inboxes (respond, flag, archive, etc.)Update and maintain CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) with leads and contact activitySchedule meetings, follow-ups, and remindersPrepare basic reports or summaries (e.g., lead reports, engagement logs)Perform light research and administrative tasks as neededRequirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin AssistantFamiliarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)Strong written English and professional email etiquetteAttention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindsetComfortable with Google Workspace and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)Benefits
