Job Description :
You’ll be the vital first point of contact for hundreds of patients daily, playing a crucial role in their healthcare journey by managing appointments and addressing their care-related concerns. This isn’t just answering phones - you’ll be helping patients navigate their pain management treatment, ensuring they get the appointments they need when they need them. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team handling high-volume operations while making a meaningful difference in healthcare accessibility.
Responsibilities :
Schedule patient appointments across multiple pain management clinic locations throughout CaliforniaCheck and confirm appointment statuses for existing patients seeking care updatesHandle inbound calls regarding patient medication status and prescription inquiriesProcess appointment modifications and cancellations with attention to patient needsProvide compassionate customer service support for patients calling about their careManage high-volume inbound call flow as part of a team processing 400-500 daily callsMaintain accurate patient information and appointment scheduling systemsCoordinate between multiple clinic locations to optimize patient schedulingRequirements :
