About the Role
We are a high-volume event entertainment company (~800+ events / year, $1.8M revenue) seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to take ownership of our marketing engine.
You will work closely with Sales to translate revenue targets into campaigns, and manage a small team of VAs (SEO + Social Media / Email) to execute. Your job is to make sure marketing is generating leads, supporting sales goals, and reporting results clearly each week.
The client is a cutting edge small business in the events industry, so we’re looking for someone passionate about technology, especially in using and exploring Artificial Intelligence to ensure we’re utilizing the best and most advanced technology to run our business.

Requirements
Requirements 5+ years in digital marketing operations / project management. Hands-on experience with SEO tools, CRMs, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms. Strong AI usage experience Strong Asana (or similar PM tool) experience. Excellent English communication skills (written + verbal). Proven experience managing other VAs / team members Data-driven mindset : talks in terms of leads, bookings, and ROI. KPIs (90-Day Targets) Lead a full rebuild of our marketing technology stack to create a more streamlined, data-driven, and scalable operation Launch 2 marketing campaigns aligned to sales goals. SEO recovery : restore rankings on top 10 keywords. Maintain 2–3 reels / week consistently. Build and execute 1 automated email nurture sequence. Deliver weekly marketing scorecard showing leads, content output, and ROI. Nice to Have Experience in events, experiential marketing, or hospitality. Familiarity with the EOS / Traction model. Graphic design or copywriting ability (not required, but a plus).
