We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience in real estate sales to help us grow our client base for renovation, construction, and development projects.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients for residential, commercial, and renovation projects.

Leverage your real estate network to introduce CIFI Construction to property owners and investors.

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns.

Identify new business opportunities through property listings, developer connections, and client referrals.

Prepare marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in real estate sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.

Based in Cebu and available for client meetings and site visits.
