Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (Remote)

As a Talent Engagement Consultant at LegalMatch, you’ll lead creative employer branding and referral campaigns to attract top talent and strengthen our brand presence. You’ll also support key parts of the recruitment cycle—from job posting to onboarding coordination—and represent the company at events. Your work will enhance candidate experience and help position LegalMatch as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment : job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
• Review and track applications to match role qualifications.
• Communicate promptly with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring journey.
• Prepare pre-employment and onboarding documents.
• Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions.
