Position Summary :
The Digital Marketing and Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Manager in executing both online and offline marketing initiatives. The role combines creative content development, digital campaign management, analytics reporting, and coordination of promotional activities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and email channels.
- Create and manage online content for company websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Support SEO / SEM initiatives, online advertising, and website updates.
- Help manage digital advertising budgets and track ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creative and digital deliverables.
Marketing Operations & Support
Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and event materials.Support lead generation efforts by maintaining customer databases, CRM records, and email lists.Conduct basic market research and competitor benchmarking.Coordinate company events, sponsorships, and marketing-related logistics.Help manage and organize marketing assets and documentation.Prepare weekly or monthly marketing activity reports.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to digital marketing tools and platforms.Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and basic analytics dashboards.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing is a plus.
