Senior Product Manager (Technical Product)

Job descriptionBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and secure buy‑in. Translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives demonstrating business value. Create and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and training materials that drive adoption. Partner with engineering to ensure solutions address real business needs. Serve as the voice of the customer within product development. Identify and remove barriers to adoption through communication and relationship building. Develop communication strategies to highlight product wins and success stories. 4+ years in product management with a track record of shipping impactful products (experience with internal products is a bonus). Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex product initiatives. Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven decision‑making approach. Experience working with AI tools and understanding their practical limitations. Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable AI prompts and solutions. Exceptional presentation and communication skills (written & verbal). Proven ability to translate user needs into product requirements and technical specifications. Ability to collaborate synchronously with team members during core hours (10 : 00 AM‑6 : 00 PM US Eastern Time). Experience in marketing technology or advertising platforms. Understanding of data analytics and marketing performance metrics. Basic technical literacy with query languages (SQL) or programming languages.
