Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director (On-site – Cebu)

Location : Cebu, Philippines (On-site)

Schedule : PH Day Shift (4 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, flexible to cover APAC region)

Salary Range : ₱1,000,000 – ₱2,000,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Industry : BPO / Web / Tech Hosting

Experience Level : Minimum 10 years in the industry

Team Size : Managing 30–50 FTEs, including 6 Sales Managers

Relocation : Offered for qualified candidates

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director to lead and drive our sales operations in Cebu. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the BPO, Web, or Tech Hosting industry , with extensive experience managing large sales teams and delivering consistent growth across the APAC region .

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic sales organization, working closely with SME clients and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 30–50 FTEs , including 6 Sales Managers .

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market reach within the APAC region .

Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize sales processes.

Collaborate with leadership to set business goals, pricing strategies, and client acquisition plans.

Support the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to build a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience in the BPO, Web, or Tech Hosting industry (not necessarily in a sales role but with strong industry exposure).

Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving performance goals.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Experience covering APAC markets is highly desirable.

Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results through people and process improvements.

Willingness to work on-site in Cebu (relocation support available).

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary : ₱1,000,000 – ₱2,000,000 (depending on experience)
