Position : Business Analyst

Company Industry : Home Furniture Company

Work Location : Makati City

Work Schedule : 6 Days a week, 10am to 7pm

Salary : Php 75,000 - Php 80,000 gross

Work Set Up : work onsite.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

1–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or IT / software development

Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage

Strong understanding of operational workflows, including accounting, supply chain, and customer management

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Analyze and document existing business processes across departments (Supply Chain, Accounting, CRM, SRM)

Gather and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research

Prepare business documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications

Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Support testing efforts by reviewing test cases, analyzing results, and verifying fixes

Develop visual process models and workflow diagrams to support understanding and implementation
