Process Improvement Manager

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field

(Preferred) Master’s degree or certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt)

At least 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or project management

Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab)

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
