Required Experience :
・Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
・At least 2 years’ experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system admin roles
・Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
・Strong knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi)
・Proficient in Windows, Linux, and macOS systems
