Job descriptionManage and supervise daily accounting operations, month end and year end closing procedures. Monitor cash flow and oversee financial forecasting and budgeting process Ensure compliance and with tax laws and review tax fillings ( VAT, income ta, FBT withholding taxex etc.) Liase with external auditors, consultants and regulatory agencies as needed Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity Stay updated with changes in tax regulations, accounting standard and financial reporting requirements. Lead system implementations, upgrades, or improvements to enhance operational and reporting efficiency. Mentor, and develop accounting staff to maintain a high- performing team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting
- Must be a CPA
- Minimum 7-8 years progressive experience in accounting, finance, and tax.
- With at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role managing at least 6 staff.
- With experience in transfer pricing or handling cross-border tax issues, and handling BIR audits
- Strong Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High Levels of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office Applications
