Job descriptionAt least 2–3 years of experience in R&D, product design, or appliance development. Strong background in mechanical / electrical systems, appliance design, and Knowledge of appliance safety standards, energy efficiency guidelines, and certification Skilled in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and simulation tools for Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. With background as an Executive Assistant – bringing skills in project coordination, Ability to conduct product testing, analyze performance data, and recommend design Strong communication and teamwork skills for coordination with cross-functional Project management skills and ability to handle multiple development projects. Creativity and innovation mindset in developing practical, user-friendly, and marketable
