Investment Manager - Capital Markets
The Investment Manager will work with one of the leading banks in the Philippines and will be integral to the successful execution of equity offerings (IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements) and other capital market transactions. This role requires exceptional financial acumen, robust relationship management skills, and the ability to drive complex deals from initiation through closing, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the execution of capital market transactions (e.g., IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, equity-linked securities).
- Develop financial models, valuations, and pricing analyses to support deal structuring.
- Prepare offering documents, prospectuses, and investor / regulatory presentations.
- Manage due diligence processes in coordination with legal, audit, and risk teams.
- Identify and originate new investment banking opportunities with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop pitch books and financing proposals aligned with client needs.
- Contribute to project finance and advisory deals involving debt structuring and asset valuation.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to guide clients and management.
- Ensure all transaction documents comply with financial regulations and internal policies.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Equity Research, or Deal Structuring within a reputable financial institution.Expert proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, merger analysis).Deep understanding of the Philippine Capital Markets, including the regulatory environment (SEC and PSE rules).Must be willing to work in Makati onsiteSeniority level
