Job description5+ years of payroll processing experience. 3+ years in a supervisory role. Proven experience in SAP Payroll. Hands-on Global Payroll experience.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead and inspire a payroll team while still staying close to payroll processing.
- Be the go-to expert for escalations and act as a strong backup to leadership.
- Own end-to-end payroll processes — from salary crediting to reporting, audits, vendor data distribution, and post-payrun activities.
- Ensure accuracy in every gross-to-net calculation.
- Mentor and coach your team with regular feedback sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement to balance efficiency, staffing needs, and service quality.
