Sales Trainer

What you'll be doing :

1. Designing and delivering engaging, interactive sales training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives

2. Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales staff to help them achieve their individual and team targets

3. Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes, making adjustments as necessary

4. Collaborating with the sales management team to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training solutions

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to ensure our training is cutting-edge

6. Maintaining detailed records of all training activities and providing regular reports on progress and outcomes
