Responsibilities

• Manage and lead design, development, and maintenance projects, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Responsible for full lifecycle of software engineering projects – planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, resolution of issues, and achievement of targets within agreed quality, time, budget, and other KPIs / SLAs.
• Manage Team and People (professional and personal care aspects).
• Lead the team to resolve technical challenges and initiate unit‑level initiatives to build technical competency.
• Lead the team to meet best software engineering practices, quality processes, and methodologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency through out‑of‑the‑box thinking on product and processes, utilizing or creating new software engineering tools and innovation techniques.
• Manage multiple interfaces (internal and external), relationships, and communication to ensure software delivery aligns with customer requirements and adds value.
