Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Manager with a strong background in full-stack development and proven experience in project and team management . This role will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing end-to-end software delivery, and ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers (front-end, back-end, and full-stack).
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
- Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Allocate resources, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster professional growth within the team.
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, code reviews, and agile development.
- Ensure effective collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and operations teams.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to enhance productivity and product quality.
Technical Focus (Full Stack)
Ensure proper database management (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).Support integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI / CD pipelines.Provide architectural direction and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.Tools & Methodologies
Version Control : Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.Agile / Scrum : Sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s a plus).Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager, Technical Manager, or Lead Engineer .Strong background in full-stack development .Work Arrangement & Compensation
