Software Engineering Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineering Manager with a strong background in full-stack development and proven experience in project and team management . This role will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing end-to-end software delivery, and ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers (front-end, back-end, and full-stack).
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning, development, testing, deployment, to maintenance.
• Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources, manage project schedules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and foster professional growth within the team.
• Drive best practices in coding, testing, code reviews, and agile development.
• Ensure effective collaboration between engineering, QA, design, and operations teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend tools or frameworks to enhance productivity and product quality.
