Job Description

Responsible for completing circuit installation endorsement from the Enterprise Service Delivery team, ensuring equipment installed for B2B customers are timely, within standards, and in accordance with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan. Provide assistance to support teams for serviceability opportunities and analyse field installation from other providers to recommend practices for improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and work plans to achieve department, business and financial goals.
• Manage B2B circuit installation, including circuit reliability testing and customer application testing required for acceptance.
• Assess and execute implementation for complex high‑revenue / high‑profile customer accounts, coordinating with functional groups within and outside Globe.
• Analyse incoming work orders, determine technical requirements, and arrange resources with support groups.
• Perform audit and acceptance of completed projects by outsourced services according to set standards.
• Validate last‑mile facilities (fiber optics, microwave radios) to ensure compliance with the Engineering Work Plan.
• Identify priority orders, assess and evaluate complex work orders, and raise issues proactively.
• Participate in problem resolution to improve and develop internal processes.
• Gather information, priorities, and updates from groups to align work toward objectives.
• Ensure resources are secured and procedures conform to Globe policies.
• Operate various test equipment and perform application testing.
• Report individual performance and provide timely updates to internal and external customers.
