Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely processing of vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance requirements annually so they are in good operating condition at all times. This includes replacement of parts when necessary.
• Provide uniforms and safety equipment of all personnel when needed
• Ensure proper recording of attendance of all ESD personnel
• Monitor preparation of vouchers for all payables and process payments timely
• Monitor preparation of customer invoices monthly and ensure timely distribution to areas concerned
• Prepare monthly financial statements for the group (Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash flow)
• Monitor all collections and receivables (current and past due) from Customers and ensure issuance of Official Receipts for all collections made and BIR 2307 to customers.
• Monitor preparation of PO for non-trade purchases of the department
• Monitor and ensure the completeness and availability of all funds being handled and used by the department for Operations.
• Issue petty cash, reconcile petty cash and replenish petty cash funds monthly
