Overall Purpose of the Job

This role is the local representative of the entity to V.Group and local government institutions. It also has operational responsibility for compliant and timely crew relief, as well as proactive planning of ratings for multiple mobilization teams.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Lead and manage Crew Mobilization Managers; ensure flawless delivery of crew mobilization responsibilities
• Ensure timely travel arrangements for approved crew; digitally capture required documents for approved crew
• Act as point of escalation for CMPs in assigned fleet and crew cells
• Coordinate crew and family welfare; support development and usage of ShipSure
• Provide management support and guidance to Crew Mobilization Managers and Coordinators
• Maintain office manpower resources in line with productivity ratios
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements
• Establish and maintain transparent salary structure per role category in line with Group policies and local labour market
• Serve as local crewing Subject Matter Expert for the area
• Represent the local entity to government institutions (e.g., POEA) as relevant
• Proactively identify crew retention risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them
• Drive the use of ShipSure as the system of record for all mobilization activities
• Review and monitor ShipSure usage; collaborate with IT to improve adoption and development
