Job Summary :
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job orders both local and overseas. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills to ensure that client manpower requirements are met efficiently and in compliance with company and government recruitment standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Source and screen applicants through various platforms, job fairs, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates with job requirements.
Coordinate with clients regarding job specifications, qualifications, and recruitment progress.
Prepare and maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
Assist in the processing of candidate documentation and deployment requirements.
Ensure compliance with POEA / DMW and company recruitment procedures.
Participate in marketing and recruitment campaigns or events.
Maintain effective communication with applicants, clients, and internal departments.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Recruitment Head.
Qualifications :
Age : 25–30 years old
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience : Preferably with prior experience working in a recruitment agency.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking under minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with online recruitment tools.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of responsibility and urgency.
