Qualifications :

Minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment and / or sourcing experience in a BPO / Volume Hiring / Call Center set-up

Excellent Communication Skills

Sharp attention to detail and process-oriented

Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules / Philippine holidays / weekends (if needed)

Must be willing to render overtime if there's an operation need

Must be amenable to work onsite in Taguig City
