Job descriptionAt least 5 years of experience in procurement or bidding (preferably in AEC industry) Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts through Strong working knowledge of RA 9184 and government procurement processes Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging high-level stakeholders Trustworthy and detail-oriented Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Bid and Awards Committee procedures required Experience in contract review and legal compliance a plus

Summary : Bid and Procurement Manager to lead our
efforts in securing government and private sector projects. This individual will be responsible
for managing the bidding and documentation process, ensuring full compliance with legal and
regulatory requirements, and confidently engaging with stakeholders, contractors,
procurement officers and decision-makers.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science,
Business Management, or related fields.
