Bid and Procurement Manager

Office-based full-time in Las Piñas. Lead efforts in securing government / private sector projects. Manage bidding process, ensure compliance with legal / regulatory requirements, and engage with stakeholders. At least 5 years’ experience in procurement or bidding (AEC preferred). Knowledge of RA 9184 and PhilGEPS required.
