Job Requirements :
✨ Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨ Open for undergraduates
✨ At least 3 years of working experience in customer service representative role
✨ Experience working with same industry is advantage
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
✨Develop and maintain high customer satisfaction.
✨ Upselling and recommending products and services
✨Responsible for responding with issues and manage escalations by coordinating Team Leads
✨Collaborating with internal teams regarding with policies, products and services
