Job Summary

We’re looking for a seasoned Program / Project Management Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of programs and projects within the banking domain. You will define project scopes, monitor execution, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues. This role requires strategic thinking, strong technical expertise in banking, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in banking programs and projects
• Collaborate with and manage the project team to ensure performance and delivery
• Make and guide team‑level decisions while contributing to cross‑team initiatives
• Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams
