Octal Philippines is looking for a hands-on and entrepreneurial Sales Team Lead to guide our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This is a unique "player-coach" role for a leader who excels at both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for mentoring a dynamic team, refining our sales process, and actively contributing to lead generation and deal closure. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who leads by example and is passionate about building a successful sales engine from the ground up.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Experience : A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role in IT Consulting / IT Software, with a clear track record of exceeding targets. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly preferred.
- Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university.
- Leadership Acumen : Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
- Strategic Thinker : Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation : Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be fully proficient in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Bonus Skill : Proficiency in additional languages or experience with CRM software is a strong advantage.
