The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative(Voice).
Back order Inquiries
Billing Questions and Issue
Cancellation of orders
Referring to the manufacturer
Following up on orders or concerns
Product Inquiries
Return and exchange questions and processes
Return requests for faulty products or size issues
Refunds for items
Correcting Shipping errors
Offering Substitutes for items that are out of stock.
Basic Tech Support for items
Tracking inquiry
Warranty request / claim
Wholesale Inquiries
Sales
Payment processing
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6 months Customer service experience
Prior knowledge of Retail Ops or similar order processing system is a plus
Strong communication skills
Quick learner who can pay attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team
Positive attitude and with desire to help customers
