IT Account Administrator

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for completing all account-related issues
• Modify all account-related requests, including onboarding accounts and termination of employees
• Perform all Account Administration requests; properly provision all User Account Requests and Changes
• Ensure all Onboarding and Acquisitions are completed before the deadline
• During Onboarding, monitor User Email accounts for Carrier Credentials
• Perform testing of all applications and their access
• Properly De-Provision User Accounts upon separation from the company
• Assist all Support Team Members with Application / Account Related Issues
• Properly maintain all systems' user information accurately i.e. User, Organization, Manager, etc. in Active Directory / 0365
• Escalate all issues to IT management
