Senior Operations Manager (BPO)

Work Setup : On-site in BGC, Taguig

Shift Schedule : Shifting schedules (mainly graveyard / nightshift)

Must-Haves : Bachelor's Degree

5 years of relevant experience, managerial level in BPO

Excellent Stakeholder Management - must be confident and comfortable dealing with middle to top management.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities.

Experience must be results and service-oriented, and the ability to move forward without complete information.

Trained / Certified Green Belt is an advantage

Strong adaptability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
