About the Job
Our client is a leading fitness and wellness brand based in Australia. They are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage their paid advertising campaigns and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who excels at optimizing campaigns for performance and enjoys working with a passionate, creative team.
You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition through platforms like Meta and Google Ads, while also improving the brand's organic search visibility through strategic SEO. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and reporting on key insights.
Responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Perform daily and weekly analysis of campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to targeting, budgets, and creatives to lower acquisition costs.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Optimize and maintain the client's Google Business Profiles for all locations, ensuring accuracy and prominence in local search.
Build and manage custom and lookalike audiences to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
Prepare and present clear, concise weekly reports on campaign performance and SEO progress, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Collaborate with the client's marketing team to align digital efforts with overall brand strategy and campaign goals.
Refresh ad creatives regularly using the client's existing library of images and video content.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. Requirements
Requirements : Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Proven, hands-on experience with SEO, including keyword research and on-page optimization. Strong analytical skills and experience with metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Experience with Google Business Profile management. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work flexible hours to occasionally align with the Australian Eastern Time Zone (AEST) for meetings or reporting. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with basic graphic design (Canva) or video editing to create simple marketing assets. Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign. Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
