Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree Holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience professional experience in corporate recruitment (direct) and HR vendor management (outsourced)
With above-average communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal). Has the ability to communicate with various level of management.
Willing to travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Closely coordinates with hiring managers, operations team, and manpower agencies for direct and outsourced request.
Conducts end to end recruitment for corporate recruitment.
Monitors training schedule and deployment
Act as the point person in attending queries in the area concerning to recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, employee discipline and engagement, and channels it to the unit in-charge.
