This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Total hours : 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
• Monday - Friday
• 2 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 PM San Diego time (or 5 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 AM Manila time)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to blend customer service excellence with sales growth in a fast-paced home services environment. You’ll be the voice of the company, conducting post-service satisfaction calls and strategically re-engaging dormant customers to drive recurring revenue. Working within an established CRM system, you’ll manage customer relationships across a substantial database while having the flexibility of part-time hours. This role offers direct impact on customer retention, business growth, and the satisfaction that comes from helping families maintain their properties through quality service relationships.
