Responsibilities

• Develop the attractiveness of Decathlon by bringing our employer brand to life locally. You will have free rein to your imaginations to carry our projects that will promote Decathlon as the top employer in the Philippines.
• You are a Project Leader! Co-build an ambitious recruitment project with recruiters and store managers. You will define and adapt hiring strategies for missing talents.
• You ensure qualified applicants by implementing an efficient and meaningful recruitment process through different channels. You will develop and implement our sense and methodology in conducting one on one or collective interviews, aligned with Decathlon Global principles.
• Find the right partners to bring in the best talents! (school relations, social networks, associations, sports clubs, etc.)
• Support leaders in increasing their recruitment skills. You are a trainer and a mentor!
