Salesforce Director

Overview

PwC Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role is a Director level position in PwC Southeast Asia Consulting, focusing on Salesforce delivery and advisory services within the Business Application Consulting practice.

About the Role

Practice leadership : Define and implement the strategic direction for the Salesforce team in alignment with PwC’s business objectives and market demands. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, project leaders, and technical staff; foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Champion innovation to enhance Salesforce delivery, optimizing efficiency and client impact. Build and foster collaboration with Regional Salesforce alliance teams to strengthen partnerships.

• Oversee the delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Manage client stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance, delivery quality, and profitability of projects.
• Provide hands-on guidance for functional workshops, resourcing, and ensuring the right technical guidance / solution as needed.

Project delivery : Oversee project execution to meet timelines and budgets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Business Development : Leverage relationships to expand Salesforce client partnerships and opportunities; participate in pre-sales activities, solution definition, project planning, estimating, negotiating, and stakeholder presentations. Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
