About the Role
Practice leadership :
- Define and implement the strategic direction to the Salesforce team aligning with the company\'s overall business objectives and market demands.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, project leaders, and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Champion innovation to continuously enhance Salesforce delivery approaches, optimizing efficiency and customer impact.
- Build and foster collaboration with Regional Salesforce alliance teams to strengthen partnerships.
- Oversee the delivery of projects and services, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client\'s satisfaction.
- Manage client stakeholders for ensuring appropriate governance, delivery quality, while managing project economics and profitability.
- Where required, step in for hands-on guidance on functional workshops, resourcing teams correctly and ensuring the right technical guidance / solution is provided.
Business Development :
Leverage existing relationships to expand Salesforce client partnerships and business opportunities.Participate in pre-sales activities, solution definition, project planning, estimating, negotiating, and stakeholder presentations.Develop and present tailored solutions and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.About You :
Must be college degree graduateShould have at least 15+ years of experience in SalesforceExperience in the consulting industry is strongly preferredExtensive experience in Salesforce delivery, business development, and stakeholder engagement.Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for building high-performing teams.Proven ability to foster strategic relationships and drive client expansion.Expertise in solution design, pre-sales activities, and project execution.A track record of driving innovation within Salesforce implementations.Interested candidate must be open to work in a hybrid work setup based in Makati City.Seniority level
