Role Overview
As a Full-Time CRM Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring Salesforce operates at peak efficiency. This role is central to maintaining the accuracy of our database, optimizing workflows, and providing leadership with clear visibility into performance through reporting and insights.
You will manage day-to-day data integrity, support the team with Salesforce-related needs, and identify opportunities for process improvement. With your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you’ll ensure our team has the tools and insights to drive deals forward efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain data hygiene and accuracy by ensuring all Salesforce records are complete and up-to-date
Enrich property, company, and contact records with accurate details and updates
Regularly update ownership and owner contact information
Verify property ownership using U.S. tax records (parcel / entity confirmation)
Perform weekly property updates, including :
Identifying incorrect ownership records
Recording new property sales
Tracking development starts and completions
Deduplicate records to ensure a clean, reliable database
Create new property, company, and contact records as needed
Track competitor-listed properties within Salesforce
Provide user support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues when needed
Generate and maintain reports and dashboards that provide leadership with clear performance insights
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of professional experience in Salesforce data management or CRM administration
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Intermediate proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, cleanup)
Experience with U.S. tax records and real estate ownership data (preferred, but not required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and deadlines
