IT Assistant

Shipyard IT Assistant provides technical and administrative support for the shipyard's IT infrastructure, assisting with hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support, while also managing IT-related tasks and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any computer related course is required,some technical certifications or further education may be beneficial.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

Troubleshooting Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Skills : Ability to provide friendly and helpful support to users.

Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time and tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think critically and find solutions to problems.

Experience : Some experience in IT support or related fields is preferred
