About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Group HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for our manufacturing operations across multiple sites. This role will be based in Makati and will oversee HR strategies, labor relations, and talent management for plants in Laguna, Batangas, Taguig, and Visayas. The position is a strategic business partner to manufacturing leadership while overseeing HR operations in local sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to manufacturing leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and solutions.
- Oversee and ensure smooth HR operations across all local manufacturing sites.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for manufacturing operations.
- Lead labor relations and manage Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) across multiple plants.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention programs for manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety standards.
- Partner with plant leadership to foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 10 years of HR experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership / director role within an FMCG manufacturing environment .Proven experience in Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations and labor relations .Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing sites.#J-18808-Ljbffr
