Job Requirements :
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 4-5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner / Generalist in a BPO Company
✨Willing to work on a Dayshift / Midshift
✨Amenable to work Hybrid Set Up in McKinley, Taguig
✨Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
✨Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
✨Support performance management — goal setting, reviews, and PIPs.
✨Collaborate with L&D to identify and address training needs.
✨Drive retention strategies based on attrition analysis and workforce trends.
✨Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and client requirements.
✨Track HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement) and prepare reports.
✨Support organizational changes, new process transitions, and client onboarding.
✨Act as an advisor to managers on people and performance issues
